July 28th, 2008 Posted in Geeky, GeneralOne of our users has an enormously huge Outlook mailbox, the majority of the size is a folder which contains 5Gb of shit, unfortunatley all the attachments in this folder need to be saved…. enter Outlook Attachment Remover which my friend Google found for me.
This add-in is great, it will scan a folder full of emails, pull out the attachments from every email and save them to a folder of your choice also if there’s sub-folders it will keep this structure and recreate it where you save the attachments. Then you can choose to replace the the attachment with a link if required or a text reference if you want. You can also choose to only save attachments with a certain extension or only over a certain size. Best of all… it’s FREE!
